The staff at the hotel were kind and helpful, always going out of their way to assist. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to bus stops, the bus tour stop, and plenty of taxi services. it was just a short walk to some great pubs and only a 15-minute stroll to Tower Bridge, making it an ideal place to stay if you want to explore the city.
The breakfast options were quite disappointing, as it was the same food every day.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed, including a small kitchenette, living room, and bedroom. The hotel's location was perfect, situated close to the underground and within walking distance of many attractions. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with delicious options.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, with plenty of great Italian restaurants nearby. It is also conveniently close to both the nearest tube station and a bus stop, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable double bed and a sofa bed in the separate living area. The bathroom is clean and the shower is excellent. The staff provide excellent service and are quick to address any issues, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The hotel also offers a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for self-catering.
